About this Tip Calculator
Deciding the tip and dividing the bill can stall an otherwise lovely meal. This calculator takes the bill total, applies whatever tip percent you choose, and divides everything evenly across the group โ tip amount, grand total and each person's share, all to the cent.
Adjust the percent to match local custom, from 10% to 25% and beyond, and change the party size as friends join or leave. It runs entirely in your browser, so it works even on patchy restaurant Wi-Fi.
